Jack: Jack is looking for his hero. This fella has had a tough life and needs a hero to step in and give him the best life. Jack came to us through an all breed rescue who started nursing him back to health right away. He was so malnourished he could hardly stand without help. He is not yet ready for adoption but we want to get the word out about him so we can find the perfect home. Jack is on the quiet side and loves to be where you are. He is not a big snuggler, but will be your best companion. As he gets to feeling better we are seeing a bit more personality. We are not sure what his age is. Maybe around 3 years?  He has not been around small children yet. He gets along with large dogs and most small dogs. He is very curious about my cat, but didn't care at all about the cats living at the previous rescue home. 7/2/2009

Lucky: is as sweat as his size, and that is big.  There is lots of love with all that drool.  He is a  very smart four year old and knows how to unlatch doors and jump fences (he'll find the weak spot if there is one).  A secure fence is required and must be at least 5 feet (prefer 6).  Lucky was not properly socialized growing up and needs to have a home as the only pet.  He gets overexcited with rambunctous behavior and will do best without kids.    He is learning how to walk on a leash and properly great dogs and people. His new owner needs to be firm enough to continue training a 200 pound dog.  You will be rewarded with a loyal loving best friend.   Lucky is neutered, current on vaccinations and heartworm negative.  His adoption fee is $375. 3/11/2009

Bernie: is a 4 1/2 year old rough coat female.  She will be your very best friend and wants to be wherever you are.  She LOVES the car.  Bernie needs a quiet home without a lot of traffic or commotion. She is good with dogs and we do not know about cats.  She is housebroken.  Bernie has been moved a few times recently and needs a good stable home. 12/20/2007
